Q... Does the price include artwork
A... All prices quoted are for badges produced from customers own artwork
where artwork supplied is not of suitable quality we will advise before production of badges.
Q... Can you create artwork for our badges
A... Yes we can, Artwork amendments or creation will be subject to additional costs.
Q... What format can i supply artwork
A... We can handle most image and graphic formats, for example Jpeg, Tiff, PDF, eps, ai, if suppling artwork from a graphics program such as illustrator or corel draw please ensure all images are embeded and all text outlined
Q... Can you supply a templates for the finished shape of our badge
Y... Yes we can if you would like a template so you can be sure your design will fit the shape of the badge we can supply an illustrator file with an outline of the required shape PLEASE NOTE ON CLOTH BADGES ALL IMPORTANT INFORMATION SUCH AS TEXT MUST BE AT LEAST 6.5MM FROM THE EDGE OF THE FINISHED BADGE
Q... How do i pay for my order
A... We will send a PAYPAL email invoice once we have recieved your order this is the fastest method of payment, once the invoice is paid through paypal we will proceed with your order, Please note goods will posted to the address registered to the paypal account.You may send a cheque for payment but your order will not be produced untill the funds have cleared,
Terms - Please Note
1 - Patchworks will accept no responsibility for errors in customer supplied artwork, Artwork created by Patchworks will by sent to the customer via Email for approval, Patchworks will not be held responsible for any errors in artwork after approval by the customer.
2 - Colour - Due to the method used to dye the fabric in production of our badges there may be a shift in colour from the original design, Patchworks will take every step to match the colour of the original design, if you would like a sample of your design please ask, Edge colour where no colour is specified by the customer edges will be finished in black
2 - Payment - we do not offer credit accounts
3 - All orders will be dispatched via Royal Mail, Patchworks will not be held responsible for delays Caused by Royal Mail. Proof of postage will always be obtained by Patchworks
4 - Please Note
We Will Produce Badges With Any Design Supplied, You As The Customer Must Ensure You Have Permission To Use Any Copyrighted Material (Patchworks will asume its customers have the relevant permission from the copyright owner when asked to reproduce any design if you dont have relevant permission please dont ask us to reproduce any such designs)
5 - All orders should checkd by th customer on reciept of the order any shortages or errors should be notified within 3 days, after this period Patchworks will not be held responsible for any errors or shortfall
